For a few years, I had been renting out my place for 6-24 months at a time, and I was making a decent amount of money, but found most property managers to be difficult to work with and that they didn't seem to be doing much to justify their cut of my rent. I had always been open to finding a new way to do this. When WanderJaunt approached me with their model - putting my property on AirBnb/HomeAway, I was a bit skeptical about the wear and tear to my property and how my neighbors would react (though I'll admit I was enticed by their offer to pay above market rent for my property). After a few conversations I was convinced to give it a try and will say that the property is much better cared for than any long-term tenant ever has (it gets cleaned/inspected multiple times per week), and the clientele that WanderJaunt has attracted to my property have been respectful and friendly (in many cases much more so than long-term tenants I've had). In my 4 months with WanderJaunt they have been earning me ~20% more than I was earning with previous property managers, all while caring for my property much more than before.

We charge a 25% commission per stay, depending on the space. This ensures that we only make money when you make money. We also provide end-to-end management that includes inspired interior design, data driven sourcing, demand generation, and full service operations.
