What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a structured interview and outline a goal or coaching plan. The first session is all about discovery and trying to clarify the issues and resolution of the issue. I keep notes on all my clients. I prefer to meet at least once a month

I Possess a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff AZ.
I possess a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling form Argosy University, Phoenix, AZ
I have a 1000 of internship in my field, but do not have a license as yet. probably next year.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
At this time. if I do not travel to a customer, my fee is 90.00 dollars an hour. I will meet clients in my home for a half hour at $45.00. There are many combinations of time to work with either on the phone or in person. I have done Skype calls as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a teen ager I began doing card readings for friends. They would report back to me with a great deal of validation. I was a natural psychic or clairvoyant. I also had a great deal of compassion for human suffering. This lead me to return to college as a single mom. I started out in nursing and heavily studied the sciences and anatomy but my passion lead me to psychology and metaphysical studies. I have been disappointed in how some agencies are run and the quality of counseling they offer. I felt I could do better to hang up my own shingle. But then that has challenges too. Over all I feel it is rewarding work that I do. I have hobbies and many interests but healing hearts is a specialty
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with couples, families, single people, teen agers, and those seeking career guidance and relation help. Those seeking grief or spiritual counseling are dear to my soul but then everyone is dear to my soul. We are the human family and we get through this world arm and arm together.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have been working with divorced people quite a bit. I suppose healing people is a type of project. It seems to take a few months to see them overcome the grief of a relationship that has ended and to start fresh and new creating a new chapter in their life. It is odd to call this process a "project". I think each person has a unique goal and life path, I am here to foster that.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think phone conversations reveal much about a person. Do speak on the phone and check into the background of a professional.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What sort of orientation does this counselor have? What do you (the client) hope to achieve from counseling, How will this professional help you achieve that.
