- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Compared to our competitor's prices, we like to be the lowest. We try to get all of the details upfront and off you a flat rate, instead of springing extra charges. if our price is higher than out competitors, then they don't know what they are doing, or they will try to charge more at the end. ASK us how me know!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send the quote then depending on how detailed your post was we ask for a detailed list or make adjustments from there on out. we tried to communicate as much as possible through the app but we do accept phone calls and we do accept texts. we will then schedule a time for pickup and a payment method typically cash is preferred. we will always show up within 1 hour of the arrival time and this is just to account for other jobs in the day running late.

2 years of moving experience, and the determination to not have that awkward "we broke your stuff" talk!
