- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on my client's menu selection. The total we quote will include all that we will provide for your event, including menu, labor and services, if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon awarding me with the job, I prefer to discuss the event in whatever manner the customer feels most comfortable (phone, email, in-person visit). Once we have reviewed the details, I will outline our agreement in an email. Your menu, services, labor and or any additional requirements will be provided to you, so that any changes can be made.
