- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is affordable and includes a parts and labor warranty. We do Provide a 10% discount for first responders , military personnel active, separated or retired and teachers or school administrators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, once a service request is received on our end we can send you a quote but would ideally want to asses the project in person. If the quote is approved by the client at that point we will exchange contact information. We will set up a time and date for the repairs to be completed, most jobs can be completed the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After completing an apprenticeship with a senior technician i worked for 2 established and reputable companies for several years.
