- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate is $60 for the initial service call/diagnosis fee to have a trained technician provide a guaranteed diagnosis. We strive to repair the unit on the first trip however if parts are needed or a return visit is required, our office will contact you immediately with a repair estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or text to book an appointment! During booking, please provide as much information about the unit and the malfunction (what it's doing or not doing) including the make (GE, Whirlpool, SubZero, ASKO, etc.), model #, and serial number. A technician will be dispatched to diagnose the unit and provide the client with a repair estimate. The service call/diagnosis fee is due at this time, payable by cash, check, or credit card. Once the client has approved the repair estimate, all necessary parts will be acquired and the final repair will be scheduled!
