Michael came out late tonight to give an estimate. Straight forward and honest pricing. Coming back tomorrow to do the work, but got a start on it tonight before he left. Will update review then and add some pictures once he’s done, but he definitely gives me the impression he’s here to do the job right.

If I could award zero stars I would. 3 day into the project I thought he was going to be phenomenal.... the joke was on me.
The pictures show the progress of work that he did over three days. I not only paid him in full but I paid him additional amount because the work surpassed his bid . I did find it concerning when he asked to get $20 for gas from my fiancé And I did find it alarming when he was persistent on collecting the remaining of the money for the project when the project was not in fact 100% completed
Mike vacated my job and left a project incomplete.
Furthermore he stole a motorcycle from my property. We had discussed him retaining the motorcycle for future work but he didn’t even finish this project nor complete any of the discussed future projects. He was not permitted to remove my motorcycle at all!! He came up here and stole it and ran off with my money.
It is been four weeks since the date of hire. We not only paid him but offered him a “REAL “ 9-5 employment opportunity . His professionalism does not exist. He is not prompted does not show up.In fact @ the 9-5 job he showed up one day two hours late and then showed up the next day and left mid day in addition to promising on five different occasions to be at the home to build the wall- he has not once reappeared at my house. Oppurtunity and patience’s was extended and this guy quite honestly screwed us over.
He routinely complains that his phone is not working. Yet it’s apparent that he is still seeking jobs from This site.
I Have had to resort in filing a police report for theft and the Phoenix Police Department is seeking a warrant for his arrest.
He claims to be a US veteran which is one of the reasons why I hired him. However true servicemen have ethics and morals and I would strongly suggest That if you entertain hiring him - do judge this book by his cover. He does what he needs to gain your trust and then Will disappear. He will use his life events such as an evection or not having a job as his excuse for blowing you off.
Furthermore Per the pictures he only rebuilt the portion of the wall which collapsed. That in itself jeopardize the integrity of the rebuild. He was supposed to replace the entire wall. But he took shortcuts on the job because he underbid the scope of work.
Do not hire him he will take your money and bluntly walk off with your tools, all the supply’s bought and even a motorcycle- if you aren’t looking.
