- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on number of subjects, complexity of subjects (faces/hands etc) and/or background, as well as size. Free phone consultations, progress updates and unlimited edits are always included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to start with a 5-10 minute phone conversation. This way, I can get a better understanding of the type of project you seek and why it is so special to your heart. Knowing this and the answers to a few other key questions will help me to really emphasize this meaning when painting your work. After we chat, I will put together a quote as well as a timeline for completion. Once we agree on these terms, I typically take a 50% deposit to start the project. I always send progress pictures along the way and give customers an unlimited number of edits to ensure you are over-the-moon ecstatic about your painting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under a well-known local artist and have been creating custom portraits of couples, children, families and individuals for many years.
