Amazing service! I booked the folks at West Coast Move Outs for a fairly last-minute deep clean of my apartment, and they did a fantastic job. Their cleaning was incredibly thorough, including appliances, window interiors, and even the spaces behind large appliances. They were also able to get some stains and burn marks off my countertop that I thought for sure I’d get dinged on my deposit for. I was even late in getting to the apartment to unlock things for them, but they were understanding and had no issue waiting. Highly recommended, and much more affordable than a lot of other move out cleaners.

They responded quickly, were clear in the pricing and expectations, arrived early, and the communication was spectacular. Best of all, the move out cleaning was amazing. The house looks better than when we moved in. They were thorough, detailed, and fast. I can’t believe that they were able to get to the windows, fridge, oven, bathroom and kitchen in the time allotted. I would highly recommend this team. Just be sure to book quickly because they are in high demand.

She did an incredibly thorough job deep cleaning our apt before we moved out. Every surface was clean. Only thing I would appreciate for next time is using the app better, i.e. showing the appointment has been accepted, update the appointment window, and giving an accurate estimation of how long it will take.

The condo was very clean after the deep cleaning. We needed the move out cleaning which included the cleaning of all the appliances, windows, etc. everything was just perfect.

They did a fantastic job cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen and windows! Took 2 half days to complete because of another appt but it was fine. Need to be specific if you want them to clean a particular area or else they won’t do it (like wiping the vent covers). They were polite, clean, and did their job. Thank you!
