- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first task with any new project or client is always to identify goals to be met through new video content. Once specific goals have been identified, I will work with the client to develop and/or refine their creative vision and create a concept and/or script for a video designed to meet those goals. After this, the appropriate crew will be assembled and production will start as soon as possible per the client's schedule. Turn-around time for simple projects can sometimes be as little as just a few days, but videos are typically delivered for client review in about a week after video shoots are completed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My crew and I have worked with local companies including the Pittsburgh Wine Festival, and UPMC, with local non-profits, restaurants, physicians, and startups - we have a 100% success rate with our Kickstarter videos!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The most important question to ask is: 'what are my specific goals for this project, and how can someone help me achieve them?'
