- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You already have to spend a lot of money as it is on your big event, so my pricing is very reasonably and fits everyone's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet in person with new customers for an initial consultation to discuss everything that needs done, and a customize a plan and budget based on my customer’s needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Communication Studies which has educated me in areas related to building relationships and aspects of marketing. I helped plan events in radio before launching Joyful Events by Jade.
