I interviewed and hired Ruben to do some updates, repairs and remodels on a new home I purchased. Ruben made himself readily available to meet with me to go over the scope of work I had in mind. I experienced Ruben being very understanding of what my plans and visions were for my home and also was appreciative and grateful for his insight and input on the best way to achieve my finished look. He started and completed the job within the time frames we discussed. He also was absolute in being complete in the scope of work to my total satisfaction. He even responded to coming back out to my home on a Sunday to address a leak that came up unexpectedly of which he spent three hours and did not charge me. I have another phase on my home of which I am currently going to be using Ruben again. In addition, I have confidently referred him to another friend who is hiring him for work shortly.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask if they have ever had a home inspected before. I then ask how large the property is, its age, and its listing price. Once we have agreed to the inspection, I send out a Pre-Inspection Agreement, at which time they can pay in part or pay in full. However, full payment is due upon completion of inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Inspection Certification Association, International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, American Society of Home Inspectors, Computer & Information Sciences,
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began working in construction when I was 16 years old.
