- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price for every single type of session is the final all-inclusive price, and includes a personal online gallery with high-resolution downloads and print release. For clients who are looking to book multiple sessions, like an engagement session and wedding, we offer complimentary prints and discounts, depending on the combination of sessions. - What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of clients in all sorts of settings. Our favorite work includes weddings, engagements, and family sessions, but we also love senior sessions, headshots and even pet photos!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
On a recent engagement session we were asked to move the date up so that the couple could send prints of some of their images as gifts for an upcoming holiday. We worked out a time slot just two days in advance, and turned a handful of their images on the same day so that they could send a few as gifts. We sent them the remainder via online gallery within our normal turnaround time of a couple weeks, and we felt great that we were able to work with them to meet every single one of their needs.
