My computer screen was black. I thought that it was was broken and could not be fixed. I contacted Shane and I was up and running again the next day. I had several viruses. She has great customer service as well as a great communicator. Before, she fixed the problem. She called me and discussed the problem and offered suggestions to help prevent this from happening again. Thank you Geek Experts on Call, LLC !!!

Reva of Geek Experts on Call did a great job of walking me through how to design my company's first website. She was very hands-on and informative from start to finish. We received our finished product well before our agreed upon deadline. She went above and beyond for us and my husband and I were very impressed. She was also very timely with our website updates.
