- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide weekly maintenance 12 months a year to insure our customers the best possible care for there pools. We price our pools with a flat per cleaning fee, chemicals included and no up charges so you know what to expect on your bill every month. The only extra charges you would see is if we replace a part or make a repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with every customer I put on my schedule. I also need to look at the pool so I can let you know exactly what it needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience and can handle every situation that may come with your pool.
