- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of repair is determined by the price/availability of spare parts, and the complexity of job. Service call fee is $70. After diagnostics the technician can tell cost of repair. If customer proceed with repair, than we don't charge service call/diagnostics fee. For installation of parts purchased by customer we charge $150 an hour, and no warranty provided in this case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a customer a few time slots to choose when service technician can visit the customer. To schedule visit we need customer's address and phone number. Technician calls 30 minutes before his visit. After repair we provide 60 days warranty on replaced parts and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had intensive hands-on practical training working with real repairs in Los Angeles, California. I also have Engineering degree from the Moscow University, and extensive experience working as computer Engineer for various computer centers.
