I have worked with hundreds of clients in their pursuit of fitness. Nothing brings me more joy than helping a client find physical fitness and a deeper mind and body connection. I approach clients with empathy and joy and will coach you to hit your goals. We will use a combination of weight training, circuit training, pilates, yoga, functional training, and interval cardio to get you the deepest workout possible. We will sit down and write out a plan together, so our work feels right to you. I can assist you with workouts, nutrition, and lifestyle factors that will improve your health and help you hit your goals.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I love writing goals with clients and learning more about what motivates them. I want them to be a part of the process so that our sessions are something fun they look forward to. I love helping clients gain confidence in their body and in their abilities. Nothing brings me more joy than helping someone find his or her health.

    Kaitlyn is wonderful. She is organized, but able to work with a flexible schedule. She listens to my needs and strength goals and is able to guide and encourage me along the right path! Staying fit is a team effort and Kaitlyn makes a great partner to work with.

    Kaitlyn is very attuned to my individual needs and does a great job of tailoring workouts to meet my physical/medical limitations while still challenging me. She's also got a great sense of humor and naturally engages you, even when you'd rather be doing anything else but working out!

    Yes! I've finally found my trainer. She is tough but I love it. I get bored easily and she challenges me. Her lifestyle blog is fantastic - she really is the whole package from fitness to nutrition she gets it.

    I've been working out with Kaitlyn for the past few months and I'm already seeing amazing results. She's incredibly skilled and knowledgable in her profession, and her exercises are fun yet challenging. I'll admit there are times when I'm feeling less than motivated, but Kaitlyn never fails to find a way inspire and lift me up. I also opted for a nutrition plan given my lack of creativity in the kitchen and it's been extremely helpful in keeping me on track. Somehow she's found a way to make healthy eating less painful (there's nothing worse to me than bland baked chicken with the same old veggies), and I'm grateful for that. I'd highly recommend Kaitlyn if you're looking for a personal trainer. I'm finally feeling confident in my body again and I owe it all to her!

    I have tried several hot diets - Atkins, South Beach, Paleo - and cleanses that made me feel like I was losing weight but made my energy plummet so fast that I could barely work my eyelids. I have been a dedicated member of my local gym but the personal trainers I had hired at the gym weren't making me look and feel how I wanted. A colleague recommended I contact Kaitlyn. I am so glad I did! Kaitlyn debunked most of the diet myths I had grown to believe. She changed the way I think about eating, what I eat, and how I prepare my foods. I never knew my vitamix blender, cast iron skillet, and baking sheet would get so much use! Her meal plans are easy to prepare, simple, and delicious. I'm allowed to eat carbs! And chocolate! The best thing is that when my husband and I are done with a meal, I'm not left starving and thinking about what strange diet pudding I should allow myself to gorge on as dessert (her meals are WHOLE and SATISFYING). Although Kaitlyn has helped primarily in my eating/cooking habits, I have also incorporated meaningful changes into my exercise routine based on Kaitlyn's advice (more weights, more muscle sprouting barre exercises, and less treadmill-to-death time). Better eating and higher quality exercise under Kaitlyn's guidance has changed my life (and my husband is jumping on our bandwagon too!). Thanks for helping me rebalance, Kaitlyn!

    After having two children, I was ready to get rid of the baby weight and get back into shape! Kaitlyn Noble helped me do just that! She is knowledgeable in all things health and fitness, patient with those who need more hand holding, and she is persistent. She helped me reach my goals quickly and in a healthy way. An added bonus to the personal training, was they way she educated me on a nutritional level as well. Giving me helpful insight into grocery shopping and cooking ideas for myself and my family. I am excited to announce that I have reached my goal of fitting into pre pregnancy jeans, and I believe that with Kaitlyn's help I have made this a permanent lifestyle change. I love working out now! I can not recommend her enough as a personal trainer!

    Working with Kaitlyn was such a refreshing experience. I've gone to many trainers before where you walk away feeling like it was not personal and almost a rehearsed and rushed interaction. This was certainly not the experience I had. Kaitlyn is very direct and to the point and has incredible intuitive knowledge about the body. And where she has this focused side, she is also so warm and energetic. She really makes you feel comfortable with voicing any concerns you have or opting to try a different variation of an exercise if what you're doing feels too challenging or not quite right. I feel like after each session, I walk away having learned something new about my body. It's a wonderful, personal experience that I highly recommend. So excited to have found -- finally -- the perfect fit!!! Can't wait to get back to feeling like myself again.

    Kaitlyn changed my life. She is the most kind, empathetic and commited trainer and health coach I've ever worked with. She isn't about "pushing you"- she is about elevating you to your potential. It's incredible the difference an approach like this can make. My results speak for themselves but more than that, my attitude toward fitness, my body and what I'm capable of achieving have all changed thanks to Kaitlyn. We primarily focused on Pilates and interval training, and everything was customized to my needs- including the nutrition advice (I'm vegetarian) that helped me get where I needed to be.     Kaitlyn has been my personal trainer since October 2014. She has been incredible! Kaitlyn is thorough in her training program; asking for any injuries, asking what my goals are, keeping me accountable and making sure I reach my goals. She is quick to make tweaks to the session if I have injuries. She mixes the sessions and avoids repeat workouts (unless they are my favorite). One of the things I really appreciate about Kaitlyn is she gets really creative with my workouts, which makes them so much fun! Over the 18 months she has been my trainer I am considerably stronger, more flexible, faster and leaner. Kaitlyn is very good about emphasizing healthy life decisions, which I really appreciate. I will be honest and admit I haven't always led the healthiest of lifestyles. I feel so good after our session and want to carry that feeling for as long as I can so I now try to make healthier life decisions by thinking twice about the foods I eat and activities I do. I think, most importantly, Kaitlyn is a great teacher due to her attitude. She is so supportive and friendly. I felt immediately at ease training with her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we will do is discuss your goals in detail. Once I know your goals, we will go through a questionnaire to understand where your main struggles have been, what type of workouts will best fit your goals and preferences, and what you can do outside of our sessions to help achieve your goals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years in public accounting and then tech I realized how challenging it is to stay healthy in this busy world. I taught fitness before and after work, and was still struggling to maintain my health. I decided to leave my desk job and follow my passion, which is to help people move more and eat right.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with young working professionals, busy parents, pre and post natal clients, clients with injuries, and individuals who have never worked out before.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who uses a large variety of workouts. Variety will keep you engaged mentally, and it will challenge your body more. You should also find someone you enjoy being around. You want to look forward to these sessions!
