Tri-Valley Swim Lessons

Introduction: Because my background has been in competitive aquatics, I have been able to create a lesson plan that is geared towards competitive development. My belief is that it is important to learn how to swim as you would compete with it for the best results. It is important to learn technically vs practically. The swim lessons that I offer are completely tailored to my clients and their goals. I have been teaching swim lessons privately and for other swim schools locally for over 5 years years while continuing to train as a collegiate athlete. As new techniques and cutting edge systems are brought up through my training, I integrate them into my swim process for the most current and advanced guidance for maximum results. The aspect of swim lessons I enjoy most is watching the development of my swimmers and for them to see their improvement. As I continue to teach I constantly see improvement and confidence being built by my clients. It is something I have a passion for and really enjoy doing.
