- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on where they are with the process. For a new buyer that has not yet started the pre-approval process, I will recommend lenders and help walk them through the process. Once the pre-approval stage has been completed, the real fun begins. Pin-pointing the location they really desire to live is the most important part. My knowledge of the East Bay Area helps with many of the questions that my clients have. Whether it's a specific neighborhood, school district, an area full of great restaurants, pubs, shopping, etc., or an area that is loaded with hiking trails, dog parks, and playgrounds...The East Bay has it all!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelors of Science in Business as well as my CalBRE License #01910803.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a genuine, direct, and honest person to represent you, really listening to your needs/wants. Its a big purchase and you need someone by your side, helping guide you.
