- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Basically, it comes down to $50 an hour. I will bid at a variety of levels, but I will put many more hours into the higher bids.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your wants needs and desires are my top priority. I take the time to find out what you want and go to work from there. In the end, my goal is repeat business. I have a degree in business and I know the best value in marketing is - repeat business. Basically, I want to help you and I know that people see and feel that when dealing with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1) Bachelors Degree in Communication and business 2) 30+ years experience speaking at multiple events in multiple settings from classroom to Keynote. 3) Member of Toastmasters International 4) The fact that I was in Special Education in High School, I had to learn how to learn during community college, but after 5 years, graduated Student Body President and Student of the year.
