- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to schedule a meeting at the place where the cleaning is required in order evaluate and provide a free estimative. Generally, this meeting should not take longer than 15 (fifteen) minutes, unless there are questions and concerns to be taken care of that would require more time. If the client closes the deal, the day and hour of the week is set to do the first cleaning, which is known as the “deep cleaning”. Usually, the first cleaning takes longer than the following ones due to the fact that the house it dirtier. Ps.: My kind of service is not worried with the time (faster) cleaning. My goal is do a good job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the chance to work with some companies at the area of New England until I felt ready to work on and for my own. I can guarantee that I have worked with people who are actually capable and who taught me a lot about cleaning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
An advice that I would give to a costumer who is looking to hire a provider in my area of work is to be certain about what type of cleaning you’re looking for and look for someone trustable to do it. Do not accommodate yourself with badly done work, look for someone that truly give importance to your house.
