Third Eye Yoga Shala

Introduction: We start with basics, beginner and move forward into more advanced asanas, postures. The basics and techniques have to be learned and we can add as well as increase strength, focus and meditate. I assist each person and even teach how to assist yoga flows, work for Yoga Journal and have many private and group lessons. I like seeing a person fall in love with "going to the mat" instead of fearing it. Yoga is for every body and yoga does not have a "look" it has scientific based exercise and physical therapy.
