Kristen made us an inedible cake for my daughters birthday (donuts to be specific). I contacted her after to inform her and said she was aware they didn't come out right. She offered to make me another dessert when needed. I reached out to her when I needed another cake and she was beyond rude telling me she needs a lot of notice. I never tried to contact her again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified personal chef and pastry chef/cake artist. I got my credentials from the American Private & Personal Chef Association. I've also gotten my certificate from the Culinary Institute of America. But my favourite training of all came from Grandma Margaret's kitchen.
