Aja Yoga Flow

Introduction: I'm a Reiki 3rd degree certified energy healer, certified meditation guide, and an E-500hr RYT Yoga Alliance registered certified yoga instructor with over a decade of yoga practice and am passionate about each of these beautiful, healing arts. With Reiki, I love witnessing the transformation that comes from the age old practice of healing touch and energy transfer; seeing clients leave with a renewed sense of well-being and calm. With yoga, I love witnessing the transformation that occurs within an individual when they realize they CAN practice yoga, regardless of age or physical ability; experiencing the awakening that takes place when the body, mind, spirit connection is recognized. With meditation, I’m passionate about both guiding individuals to a place of stillness and relaxation, as well as offering various tools to practice stillness on their own. Ultimately each modality offered is intended to empower individuals to be more present and to establish a greater sense of peace and balance in their lives. I never fail to be humbled and honored to be a part of the potential transformation these healing practices offer.
