- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically the cost of the man hour, it is never included in my budget the material that I need to carry out the work, but I always request authorization to buy the necessary items and at the end of the work I present the invoices for the proper refund. Within this cost is included my travel expenses and the tools that are necessary for the repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit it, get to know it personally and understand on the site what your need is. The visit is critical to making the budget fair to both parties.

What education and / or training do you have that relates to your job? All my experience has been gained over more than 40 years of professional activity, and I am very grateful to the many heads who have been true teachers in my life.
