We live in an older condo complex in Wilton Manors. We have had a few issues with possible mold and moisture. Guardian Restore was professional and responsive to questions and concerns. I have a lot of problems with allergies and I thought it was caused by mold spores in my home. I called 3 different companies and made appointments, Guardian Restore was the only inspector who showed up on time and was extremely professional and courteous. I explained my problem. He took several air samples and explained the lab results to me.
