- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer bundle lessons which are multiple lessons a week for a discounted price. This is a voice building plan dedicated to making serious changes to one’s technique.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk to the student about their goals as a performer. I want to tailor the lessons to suit the singer. Then we will initially work on scale work to identify some of the key strengths and issues in the voice.
