- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can quote hourly rates, but prefer to work off of fixed-fee pricing. No surprises here!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet either at your home, place of business, or somewhere public (Starbucks, library, etc.). We discuss your tax situation and I collect your documents. A week or so later, we reconvene and I deliver your completed return. You sign the e-file authorization form and pay, and then I e-file.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. I have also taken extra accounting credits from UWF to satisfy Florida's "fifth year" CPA requirements. I am currently an Enrolled Agent. I am also part-way through the CPA exams. I have been working in accounting and tax for around a decade now.
