- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We evaluate each situation differently. Each pet(s) has their own specific needs, we want to make sure that we meet all of them, along with expectations of the owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to start with either a phone call or a good conversation via email to truly grasp the needs of owner and their pets. What we do REQUIRE is that we meet the pets before the time you wish for us to walk, or pet sit. We want to see how the animal truly acts with you so we know what to look for when looking for normal behavior.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We were both raised with all sorts of pets! We truly have a passion for animals and taking care of pets. When dealing with animals the best thing you can have is experience, nothing trumps experience when it comes to being around animals.
