- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am $25.00 per hour flat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually first have to make sure it’s going to be a safe and fair environment for me to work in. Then I schedule an interview with the customer to get to know them and discuss what is important to them and how my service can help them. Then we discuss a schedule and get the cleaning process going!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my jobs have been super customer service oriented! I have started in the food business when I was 13 years old. I am a mother of 4. Being a bar manager for so long I have been through hard times with customers, employees and other managers. I’ve gotten through all of it on top. People trust me. I know that a healthy relationship is good communication.
