- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we try to get an idea of what you have experienced. In most cases this will allow us to assess the situation and let you know if we can help. If not, we have many referral partners that have been vetted and specialize in a variety of areas. If we cant help you, we will get you to someone that can. Once we receive your drive we use expert level tools to diagnose the issue. Our certified technicians then generate a plan of action and a timeline for the repair. If you do not wish to proceed, NO PROBLEM :) we get your data back to you and let you know what needs to happen next if ever you wish to recover the data. Once repairs are completed, we deliver your data back to you ready to be dragged onto a new device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified Data Recovery Expert Professionals. This prestigious certification is the highest level of recovery training a practitioner can achieve. Our production manager is one of 5 individuals to score perfectly on both the written & practical examinations out of the thousands that have attempted. Combined with the use of an ISO 5 class 100 clean room and the best recovery tools the world has to offer, we are confident that if we cannot recover your data no one can.
