FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For private yoga sessions for 1 person, I charge $75/class. For 2 or more, $100/class. For nutrition consultations, I charge $100 for the first session, with follow-up consultations at $65. I take a thorough history and administer health instruments/questionnaires to clients so we can establish a baseline, track changes and to inform how I can best offer services and personalize them to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Set goal(s) and I gather a client's health history. 2. Client answers health instruments/questionnaires to establish baseline. 3. We form a plan together - whether it's nutrition and/or yoga. 4. We meet and I provide instruction and check-in on progress of reaching client goal(s). 5. Health instruments are re-administered to objectively track progress. 6. We continue to move forward with our nutrition/yoga plan, make changes as needed, and grow!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I also am a certified nutritionist with the Nutritional Therapy Association. I have a Master of Science (MSc) in integrative medicine research degree and have worked in health research for over 10 years at the National Institutes of Health and Oregon Health & Science University, among other acclaimed health centers. I continue to receive training at medical conferences and have advanced training in anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, ergonomics, personalizing diets, and allergies/sensitivities/intolerances. I regularly read medical research papers in my field to stay informed and to offer the best services possible to my clients.
