I was first introduced to Dave as a roofing contractor who handled a re-roof for his client. I then had the pleasure of sitting down and getting to know Dave on a personal level and was able to see firsthand why he comes so highly recommended in the industry. Simply put, Dave lights up like a Christmas tree when he talks real estate. He is no ordinary, vanilla realtor. Dave is constantly thinking ahead and strategizing on how he can better serve his future customers—this is not an empty statement, he wanted to get my opinion on a specially designed “playbook” that he developed to help him move real estate. I found my first home with Dave Van Nus and enjoyed the whole experience. I had a lot to learn and Dave was very knowledgeable and always available to answer all my questions. After a last minute viewing late in the evening, Dave and his team stayed up and got an offer written up + submitted that night! The house was perfect for me and I'm so glad that I didn't miss out. After the bank appraisal, I found out I had an instant $7,000 equity.

I was working with another agent from another company and their communication was not good, and frustrating. It seemed like we knew more about the process than they did. The whole experience was great and we were in the loop as things were going. Dave was very helpful and explained things good through the whole process! Great job and follow through was good!
