Introduction: I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and have worked extensively in both casual and fine dining across the US. I have three years of experience as a culinary educator teaching both adults and children ages 4-18. I have experience with cultural and regional styles worldwide. I can teach at any level, whether you are trying to gain a solid grasp of the fundamentals, endeavoring to master a particular technique or method, or simply trying to develop your own personal culinary style. I am available short or long term and am happy to work with individuals or groups of any age.
There are few things more fundamental and meaningful than our relationship with food and I derive great pride and enjoyment from helping people connect with that at any level of experience or skill. Safety and sanitation are priorities for me, and I believe in teaching technique as opposed to simply teaching recipes.

Taylor was a very patient and knowledgeable teacher. Not only was the food he terrific, he explain everything he did and why it was important. He gave me tips on wine pairings as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I feel more confident in the kitchen as a result of our lesson! Thanks Taylor!
