- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our pricing is specific to menu choices, number of guests, sit down dinners/meals vs buffet, or passed hors d'ouvres. We will work with you to create the best event, for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send sample menus and event descriptions to new clients to give them an idea of what we can do. There are many aspects that can be included- decor, flowers, etc. We communicate to understand the desires and budget of the client, and offer choices based on that information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Héctor learned family style cooking from....his family! He was also trained under a Japanese chef, a Canadian chef (who was trained in Europe), and a James Beard award winning chef in Charleston South Carolina.
