She's great at weighing options, telling you the positives and negatives of each choice, and then planning for any potential challenges after the decision is made. Nataliya is very detail oriented and gives you many many options to choose from when it comes to venues/themes/decorations. She is always easy to approach and genuinely kind. She can also be very logical and explain things to you if you are uncertain about your choices. Best of all, you can always expect a speedy response and professionalism from her. Nataliya is hands down the best wedding planner a bride could ask for!!! She is extremely detail oriented and will make the best day of your life even better than you could imagine. She will help no matter how big or small the request is. From helping me find the perfect venue to cake to flowers she does it all. On the day of the wedding she made sure all the vendors knew where/what to do without me having to talk to anyone and just focus on being the bride. The venue looked perfect because she listened to everything I wanted and made it magically appear. My bridesmaids loved how kind and respectful she was when helping them find their places for the ceremony and herding them for the never ending photos I wanted. There is hands down no better wedding (or any other event) planner in Portland!!! I can’t wait to have another event that I can hire her to help me cause I know she will go above and beyond my expectations and make the day unforgettable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be very upfront about my pricing (because that's what I value when I'm considering hiring a business/vendor). I have 3 packages: Day of Coordinator ($500-$750), Partial Planning ($1000-$1250), Full Planning ($1500+).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part about planning for a wedding is collaboration and communication with my clients. My new client would start out with an online client portal that they could use to collaborate with me throughout the planning process. We would first go through the big picture items (overall budget, venue, vendors, guest size, booking deadlines etc) and then dive into more specific details (timeline, theme/colors, favors etc).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.
