Introduction: I have a BS in Exercise Science
2 Years of College Basketball Experience
1 year HS Coach
I've also played Semi-Professionally but am happy to be a referee now. I am knocking on the door of being a full-time Professional league referee so I don't have the time to coach at the HS/College level anymore or chase hoop dreams but as a free lance trainer I have more time to train people.
I know what it takes to reach the best level basketball player.
*Jump Training
*Handles & Passing
*3pt/mid-range/post-up
*Footwork series (pull up, step back, euro, fadeaway, transition moves.
Personal Training:
I can personal train because I went to school for it, Duh. I don't have any expensive certificates just a degree that's all and I know how to pick up a book. I have experienced with weights all through my hoop journey on the side and have successfully created several workouts in which I've seen myself get buff or super ripped. I consider myself a bosu ball master and master of plyometrics.
*Build strength
*Get ripped
*Plyometrics
Fun Fact: I've never seen anybody get in shape without running. So I can gradually get you over that fear pretty quick.
I can get into any 24 hour fitness. We can use their facilities.
The small achievement when somebody can do something they couldn't do before but after practicing or training for that specific movement...Now, they can do it and then they aspire for more.
