- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RATES: In-Home Consultation $75 Project hours are determined after the in-home consultation. Organizing Rate $109/hr per organizer Lower rates are available with larger custom packages. What's Included? In-home organizing by our team of professional organizers Donation drop-off (one car-load per visit) Custom list of product recommendations Product shopping and returns (cost of products is an additional fee) Travel time to and from client's home within our service area Access to our trusted network of service providers Phone and email support between sessions Want to get started with a single day? Day rates are $654 per organizer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. PHONE CONSULTATION: Contact us and we’ll give you a quick call to find out more about how we can help and schedule your in-home consultation. 2. IN-HOME CONSULTATION: You’ll give us “the tour” and show us what areas you'd like help with. We’ll take photos for reference and send you an organizing proposal after, with 1-3 options based on your priorities. 3. PLAN + ORGANIZE: After you book, we’ll schedule your sessions, do all the planning and shopping, and create functional and maintainable organizing systems in your home! You help us with decluttering decisions and we do the rest. 4. ENJOY: You enjoy your newly organized and beautiful spaces! We whisk off donations for you and do any product returns. If you need help to maintain your spaces throughout the year, we can do that too!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken the Inspired Organizers' intensive course on organizing, the AgenShe virtual mastermind course, and am in various networking/support groups for professional organizers. Along with organizing, I have my masters degree in Education, so I am patient, understanding, non-judgmental, and know how to explain a process and my vision in a way that anyone can understand.
