- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my client, find out some information on what is going on physically, mentally, and spiritually in their lives and any area that they would like the session to focus on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 200-hr yoga alliance teacher certification, Blue Fire Reiki certified, BFA in dance therapy, along with hours of training at specialized workshops/classes around Southern California and Central America.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got involved with healing first through movement, dance, and yoga therapies. I began studying the chakra system and developed a chakra movement meditation workshop that I took to yoga studios up and down the coast of California. While I was diving into this world of movement therapy I was performing music on the side. I finally came to the realization that I needed to join my two worlds together and I began studying sound healing. I traveled to Central America for a few months hosting and attending workshops. Since arriving back to the states I have continued my healing practices both privately and in group settings at various homes and festivals.
