- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a real estate agent I am compensated by commission only after the sale of a house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyer 1. 10-15 minute phone call with me to learn more about your home search goals, wants, and needs. 2. It is highly recommended the Buyer should obtain a pre-approval letter from a lender of choice. I have some I can refer you to and can give the contact information of 3 lenders I know and have worked with in the past. 3. Meet in person at my office for a 45-60 minute consultation 4. Start searching for homes and schedule home tours. 5. Work with Buyer to make offer on the home they like and help with negotiations. 6. Communicate and project manage all the activities required to close on the house. 7. Do a final walk thru with Buyer. Seller 1. Prepare a Comparative Analysis on the home. 3. Meet in person at my office/coffee shop or home for a 45-60 minute consultation of the selling process, market price of the home and other issues involved in selling the home. 4. Set up appointments, documents to prepare the home for sale. 5. List property on the MLS and help Seller sell the house through various marketing efforts. 6. Assist seller with negotiations once offers are received and communicate and project manage all the activities required to close on the house. 7. Help seller find a new home! :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied and passed the Missouri and Kansas sales person license and the national real estate exam. My licenses are current and I continue to take continuing education classes to stay on top of the latest changes in the law and best practices.
