- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My session fee includes pre-photoshoot styling consultation, hair and makeup, photoshoot, and a printed reveal and ordering session. You only buy the images you truly love and there is no hard sell.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make sure to speak to my prospective clients on the phone to make sure we both know what to expect and create that connection before they book. Then we do a personal styling consultation before the shoot to pick outfits, overall look, etc. After the shoot we meet again to go over the images together and that’s when the client picks their favorites and what products they want to buy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelor’s in Visual Arts in Photography from Brigham Young Education in 2014. Currently I am a member of Sue Bryce Education and IPS Mastermind, not to mention several Creative Live courses (and my very own Youtube Channel, Foto Dicas, where I teach photographers everything I know). Ongoing education is my sin and obsession!
