- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on what services they are looking for, but for example: Boxed lunches: $10 to $13 per boxed lunch Catering : $15 to $30 per guest
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet my customers in person. I feel that it makes for a better business partnership. I want my customers to feel comfortable and at ease after I walk them thru the process step by step of what we have to offer them and let them choose the options that best fits their needs. I am personally involved in the process from the very first call or email a customer makes to the very end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a small business management degree along with over 15 years of being a general manager of a large corporation and the owner of my own restaurant/catering business. I am a great people person and that goes a long way in any kind of industry. The goal is to sell yourself and your great product and deliver up to your customers standards and expectations.
