- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All inspections and estimates are free. There are too many variables to otherwise have standard pricing on roofing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arriving at the home, we measure and complete a thorough inspection. We after identifying any problem areas, we work with the customer to explain the options that best fit their needs. Finally, we explain all involved costs and offer financing options if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I have a combined 30 years of experience!
