- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my standard pricing system is to visually look at the project to done. and determine the best rout to take to give the customer the best information so they can be correctly informed and be able to make the best decision for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my typical process would be to set a appointment with the customer to discuss their project needs. so I can give them a more accurate estimate with out surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in a lumber yard when I was 16yrs old. from there i spent 4 yrs in a cabinet shop, then I moved into installing multiple types of roofing and repairs for 12 yrs. After that I went back into finish carpentry and then got my general contractors license. (1997) Alowing me to build from the ground up. I've been involved in many different projects and have ran crews and managed jobs, I am proficient in several trades, fine craftsmanship, cabinetry, roofing all types and repairs. Door installs, window installs, stucco repair, drywall repair etc.
