- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is guaranteed upfront and it is flat rate. We charge a $75.00 service call diagnostic fee to to perform a thorough diagnosis of your system. When we determine the problem, we present you with repair options before doing any work. If you decide to approve the repair, that $75.00 charge is waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new customers! From the first time you call in to the last contact that you have with us, you are treated with appreciation and respect. Our World Class Front-line Service System ensures it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 25 years of combined experience in the heating and air conditioning industry. Our technicians attended multiple schools and are certified in HVAC and refrigeration. It does not stop there though. We train regularly on equipment, accessories to improve your comfort, customer service, duct work design and industry trends to make sure we can serve you the best! Our technicians our sent to various locations around the country for customer service and technical training. We also participate in factory training webinars on a regular basis to improve our equipment knowledge;
