- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is $30 for the first one hour lesson / week. The second one hour lesson / week is $20. Students also have the option for a 1 1/2 hour lesson for $40 / Week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by determining the students goals. Together we assess their strengths, and where they need help. Then we get moving on their current topics. Once this is under control, we back-up and fill in gaps in understanding to strengthen their overall foundation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from NCSU. Mathematics is the language of engineering. I have studied and practiced advanced mathematics across many areas. Having been an engineer for 25 years, and a tutor for over 6, I have existence experience. One thing that differentiates me from traditional teachers and tutors is, not only do I have the training, but I have real world experience. You have to be on your game if you do this for a living.
