Introduction: After receiving my masters from Columbia University, NYC in 2015, I have been dedicated to providing high-quality therapy to individuals and families. I have worked with many people over the past 10 years and have found success in assisting people through difficult times. It is my pleasure to support people in their life as they work through issues of depression, anxiety, loss, and mood instability. I use different evidenced-based therapeutic techniques to work with people in reaching their goals.

Jessica is amazing! She helped me with my anxiety during college. I have worked with her for the past two years and she has truly changed my life for the better. She is relatable and has a flexible schedule. She helped me leave a toxic friendship, change my major, and generally become a more happy individual.
