- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Charging hourly would be more profitable for me and my guys; however, I believe you shouldn't have to break the bank for great service. Therefore, I am more lenient with pricing than other moving companies. Your great services will come with a great price with the hopes that you refer me to others, and/or leave my company a good review.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial conversation is essential for me because it is then when I let the customer know that I'm on yourside. I get it: you need a helping hand, and I would gladly help.Having the customer know that I am willing to do whatever I have to in order to help them is of paramount importance for my company. Moving should be as stress free as possible. So the first step with my customers is to build a friendship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Moving requires skill. Having over 5 years of experience, I obtained the necessary knowledge needed to provide moves safely, and timely.
