- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client ISN'T about filling out forms and disclosures, that's just a formality. Meeting a new client is about building a relationship with them. For many people, buying or selling a home is one of their biggest investments and it's my duty to see that it goes as smoothly as possible. Sitting down with a client and discussing their personal wants versus needs in regards to a home is one of the biggest and most important parts of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-20+ years of sales and marketing experience. -Licensed NC Real Estate Agent -Member of NC Realtors -Experience in investment properties as a landlord.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Buying my first home lit the flame of my interest in real estate. Buying my first investment property fanned that flame into an inferno.
