All of our re-occurring clients receive 4 special events per year catered at no additional service charges. We offer flat rate service & flat rate grocery fees to save clients money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"White Glove Service' is the core foundation of our business. We start with a phone consultation & determine your needs & budget. The next steps include: 1. A service questionnaire 2. Going over service options 3. Finalizing your custom menu 4. Introduction to your chef 5. Confirming & setting up your service 6. Choosing your Client Appreciation Gift Options 7. We provide regular updates to you during service planning 8. Service Day - Your assigned Chef & their assistants will ensure "white glove" service & your happiness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All chefs are ServSafe certified & have completed culinary training through secondary education &/or chef apprenticeships in 5 Star Fine Dining establishments. Each of our chefs regularly undergo cuisine training to stay up to date with current culinary trends & cooking techniques.
